The MDS creative team developed an extraterrestrial new campaign for Statewide Remodeling, a locally-owned, nationally-ranked remodeling company. Statewide dominates market share in the Dallas area and approached MDS for a campaign that would establish the brand in the Austin market. This attention-getting ad is generating a lot of buzz. Who wouldn’t want to keep dust, allergens and these creepy crawly critters out of your windows!? Our “Bad windows let in bad things” ad has been in Time, Sports Illustrated and The Week.

As our creative team was brainstorming yet another fresh perspective on the real estate game for long-time client Realty Austin, they recalled fond memories of playing Monopoly…the high-stakes, winner-takes-all game of becoming a real estate mogul. Realty Austin agents know how to play the game, and their clients reap the benefit of their “play to win” strategies. This playful ad was a natural evolution from the “Pick Any Agent” campaign and tagline “make the move,” developed for Realty Austin by the MDS creative team.
